In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a material portion of petir108's assets, personal data held by petir108 may be disclosed to the acquiring entity as part of due diligence and transferred to the successor entity following completion of the transaction. Where a request is complex or numerous, we may extend our response period by a further fifteen (15) business days, of which we will notify you.
The petir108 platform is not intended for, directed at, or designed to attract individuals under the age of 21. petir108 does not knowingly collect or process the personal data of any individual under 21 years of age.
If petir108 becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from an individual who is under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data from our systems and close the associated Account. petir108 enforces mandatory identity verification (KYC) for all Account holders to prevent underage access to the platform.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor in your care has provided personal information to petir108, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately using the contact details in Section 14.
In operating the petir108 platform, it may be necessary to transfer your personal data to processors or sub-processors located outside the Republic of the Philippines — for example, in connection with cloud hosting services or game software providers with operations in other jurisdictions. Any such cross-border transfer of personal data will be carried out only in compliance with Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, which requires that the receiving country provides a level of data protection substantially equivalent to that of the Philippines, or that appropriate contractual safeguards are in place.
