To register for and use a petir108 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Strict Age Enforcement: petir108 employs mandatory KYC verification for all Accounts. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds, including any winnings. petir108 reports suspected underage gambling to relevant regulatory authorities.
To access real-money gaming services on petir108, you must create a registered Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and such other information as petir108 may require. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) petir108 Account only. Registering or attempting to register multiple Accounts — whether under your own name, a fictitious name, or the identity of another person — is strictly prohibited. petir108 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein upon detection.
petir108 is required to verify the identity of all Account holders prior to enabling real-money play and processing withdrawal requests. You must provide a valid, unexpired Philippine government-issued identification document when requested. Acceptable documents include the PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, LTO Driver's License, UMID, SSS ID, PRC ID, Voter's ID, and Senior Citizen ID. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by petir108 may result in Account restrictions or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your petir108 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify petir108 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. petir108 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials or from unauthorized access resulting from your own negligence.
petir108 will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Do not share your login credentials with anyone claiming to represent petir108.
petir108 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and such other payment methods as petir108 may make available from time to time. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. petir108 does not accept deposits from third parties.
Deposits are credited to your petir108 Account Balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. petir108 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking institutions, or telecommunications infrastructure. Processing times vary by payment method and are provided as estimates only.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the petir108 Account and verified through KYC. petir108 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times determined by the selected payment method, and petir108 shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking systems.
petir108 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and the requirements of the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). petir108 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, request source-of-funds documentation, and report suspicious transactions to regulatory authorities without prior notice to the Account holder where required by law.
petir108 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible Account holders from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to bonus-derived winnings.
All Bets placed through the petir108 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or event on which the Bet is placed, as published within the relevant game interface or rules documentation. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters directly related to the conduct of that game.
petir108 utilizes certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all virtual game outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical events broadcast from professional studios. petir108 does not influence, alter, or predetermine any game outcome.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, petir108 will apply its error resolution procedures. In most cases, the outcome of the affected round will be determined using available data from game server logs. petir108's decision in such matters shall be final and binding.
petir108 reserves the right to void any Bet that was accepted in error, including Bets placed at incorrect odds, on incorrectly configured game parameters, or as a result of a manifest system error. Users will be notified of any voided Bets and their stakes returned.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the petir108 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:
All content available on the petir108 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audiovisual materials, and the arrangement and compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of petir108 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Philippine Intellectual Property Code (Republic Act No. 8293).
petir108 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the petir108 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of petir108.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, petir108 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the petir108 Platform, even if petir108 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The petir108 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. petir108 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. petir108 makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.
In no event shall petir108's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your petir108 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, petir108 will return the verified cash Balance (excluding Bonus Funds and any funds subject to a pending investigation) to the Account holder's verified payment method within a reasonable period. Where an Account is closed due to a breach, petir108 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all funds in the Account, subject to applicable law.
You may request closure of your petir108 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the petir108 Platform, you agree to first contact petir108 customer support to seek an informal resolution. petir108 will endeavor to resolve all genuine complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
If an informal resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree that any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to waive any right to trial by jury and to class action participation to the extent permitted by Philippine law.
petir108 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect Users' rights, obligations, or the fundamental character of the services offered — petir108 will provide reasonable advance notice of such changes to registered Account holders through the contact details registered to their Account and/or by prominent notice on the petir108 Platform.
Your continued use of the petir108 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. petir108 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
